EnergyStar Certification:
WGBCI provides consultation on nearly any aspect of your project. Specifically, we assist clients with:
- Setting goals and determining how to meet them, including but not limited to: energy conservation, potable water conservation, water reuse, water catchment, sustainable and or local product selection, indoor air quality consultation.
- Communication with builders and sub-contractors to ensure that project objectives are clear.
- Provide clients, architects, and builders with clear language as to the scope of work to be performed to achieve project goals.
- We also conduct site visits and inspections to perform quality control on specified work including home energy performance, framing, foundation, electrical and finish work.

WGBCI will conduct a thorough review of your plans providing you with the following information:
- Current condition analysis: Where you are with current planning.
- Improvement analysis – what steps you will need to take to achieve your building objectives.
- Common Problems Report – a list of conditions that have historically caused homes to under perform. These reports are provided in a format tailored for your architect and general contractor.
